About Airdata UAV

We are super passionate about UAVs. We love to fly and continue to be amazed by the level of technology widely available with off-the-shelf drones today.

Airdata UAV was initially built to provide crash-prevention information and give pilots a much broader data set to analyze than typically captured in a simple flight logbook. As the amount of inflight data that can be captured and analyzed continues to grow, we are finding new and unique insights that can make the flight experience better and safer.

Drone flights typically last only 15 to 30 minutes, and pilots are primarily focused on flying. Airdata UAV allows you to capture detailed information about your flights and explore this data in an intuitive and informative way that will ultimately enhance your flight experience.

We are a committed team of drone enthusiasts who are building incredible software to enable pilots and UAV operators to get the most out of their flight time by providing useful information. We are also a bunch of data nerds, with experience building software for virtualizing systems in the cloud and automating data centers. We are building a cloud software platform to enable the coming wave of commercial drone operations. Our mission is to help keep your aircraft 'airworthy', by analyzing, identifying and predicting critical failures and optimizing flight performance - so that you get the most out of your valuable air time.

We are privately funded and currently have over 20,000 users in over 150 countries around the world who rely on Airdata UAV for flight analysis today.

We are based in California and our team has background in military UAV projects and collective experience from lead technology companies like: Citrix, Oracle, Splunk, Amdocs, Hyperion and Sun Microsystems.

We would love to hear from you, so please stop by the forum and say hi!
